Bread lovers can now taste one of the world's best bakes with Maison Kayser's first outlet in Singapore at Scotts Square.
Eric Kayser, a descendant of professional and traditional French bakers, realised his passion for baking at the early age of 18 and has fervently improved throughout his long career as a pro baker and a bakery trainer for the prestigious Institut National de Boulangeri Patisserie (INBP) for almost a decade.
The result? The French-Japanese bakery with innovative recipes, top quality ingredients as well as a love for work well done and team spirit produces bakes a notch higher than many of its peers. Since its flagship store in Paris, the bakery has achieved much success and expanded to have over 80 stores all over the world, including Japan, Athens and Singapore.
All breads – croissants, pastries, brioches, baguettes and more – are freshly baked each day using the Fermento Levain invented by Kayser himself, a machine that maintains the natural liquid leaven at an ideal temperature. Would this mean they have created the perfect bread? Head down to Scotts Square and have a taste yourself! You might also like: Killiney Kopitiam
