Check out Bomba Paella Bar, which specialises in paellas and tapas, for a casual night's out.
There are countless Spanish small dishes but only four types of paellas to choose from. We went for the much raved about Arroz Negro, a black squid ink risotto cooked with dry sherry, minced mushrooms, fish stock and more. The wholesome dish was more than enough for the two pax as indicated and satisfied more than three of us.
The second and last dish we could get into our already stuffed to the brim tummy was the razor clams. The dressing was surprisingly light and just nice for us. THE MOOD:
The decor at Bomba Paella Bar is chic, a mix of both old and new. Just imagine lounging on old church chairs beneath modern lampshades while enjoying dishes with good friends. You might also like: Kki Cafe
