Have you seen the creepiest one though? Located in the Sinai Peninsula, somewhere in the Egyptian desert is an eerie looking open-air theater aptly dubbed the “End of the World” Cinema.

Cruises aren’t really my sort of thing. The thought of being stuck on a ship for hours on end fills me with boredom and makes me kind of claustrophobic. However, there is a cruise ship that I don’t mind getting on; and that is The World. The World has continuously circumnavigated the globe since its launch in 2002, and residents on board who permanently live in it have the luxury of waking up in a new destination every few days. If that is not living the high life, I don’t know what is.

When you think of China, the first thing that will probably pop to mind is the insane air pollution. Chinese scientists have said that the smog in Beijing is so bad that its effects are comparable to that of a nuclear winter. However, somewhere far away from China's cities, more specifically in the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in Gansu, where nature is left untarnished by mankind's devastating activities, the mountains will truly take your breath away (in a good way).

If you have a phobia of heights, this slide is definitely not for you. Aptly named Verrückt, a German word which translates to “insane”, this new and upcoming water slide is touted to be the world's next tallest and fastest water slide. Hell, I don't even have acrophobia but I feel queasy just looking at it. I also feel the sides of the slide should be higher, like maybe 10m higher. Yep, it should definitely be higher.
