Kranji Nature Walk

Kranji Marshland Walk
Enjoy a serene and peaceful part of Singapore with the Kranji Nature Walk – with special access to the Kranji marshland – led by the Nature Society (Singapore)'s passionate volunteers.

The NSS is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the preservation, study and appreciation of the natural heritage in Singapore, Malaysia and the surrounding region. In 2009, the NSS adopted the Kranji Reservoir under the PUB ABC Waters scheme framework. As a result, the Kranji marshland which was previously closed to the public is now available through NSS's free guided walk.

There, bird lovers may get to see the red-wattled lapwing, purple swamphen, changeable hawk eagle and other birds. For the botanists, there are also the hydilla, water lily predominate, buffalo grass and sea hibiscus among others.
